I am going to buy some feminized seeds, so I do not have to deal with worrying about getting males. I am going small scale, so a male would be a bummer. Anyway, looking at getting :

Ive heard of it. Be careful with feminzed seeds tho, you wont get males, but you could get Hermies, which are plants with both male and female flowers. Auto flowering strain should be easy though.

I've had under 10 Hermies out of hundreds of fem seeds. potency is not effected by fem or not fem, potency is bred in the genes of the plant. Fem seeds are always the best way to go when going from seed. You don't have to have two rooms for sexing....you already know what they are gonna be.

I wouldnt worry about it if you get a hermie.... I mean think about how much you are paying for the genetics... If you isolate the hermies and let them go to seed then you will not pollinate your other females and you will have hundreds of seeds that will most likely be females... So I say just take what you get and run with it... Autoflowering strains are quick and fun!

Although not common, but under certain environments, even fem. seeds can convert to male plants. Hermies are more common. As far as the strain potency. Sounds good. White Widow x, sounds good to me. Why do you want an auto-flower strain?

They are good... I have smoked some ruderalis hybrids and they were all good and had copious amounts of resin.

However the origional lowryder wasnt that good... But the hybrids are all great from what i have experianced.

with an auto flowering strain it is wise to make a seed batch for future grows. its cheaper (seeds cost alot) and im cheap! lol well anywayz autoflowering strains usually have a fairly small yield so you have to take that into consideration with the price of the seeds. It only takes like 21 days or something to sex them and with fem seeds it is not very likely that you will be able to make seeds.
so if your a cheap bastard like me then ya should get the non fem version and make seeds with at least one your plants.

Just looking for a beginner grow, for my first attempt. I want to get lighting and ventilation right.
