Figured I’d drop a positive post for once.
Ordered some beans, had them in two weeks. I wrote something in the notes at check out and everything was exactly what I requested which tells me they pay attention. I inspected everything I ordered including the freebies the same night.
I noticed that one of my El Chapo beans was cracked open. I emailed Attitude about it and said I could provide proof and wanted to know how I could go about having it replaced with a quality one. Laura emailed me back pretty quickly the same day. She was friendly and asked for the picture. I sent it and she replied back within hours that they’d send me a new one.
So overall as always it’s been a great experience with them. They may not always have the latest next best thing or some of the very popular stuff but there are other banks for that. Tude always has a monster selection of some amazing stuff and I’ll always throw some of my business their way.
