My first decent year outside I put cages round mine an put a lid on top to so it can grow up through it an be supported. I’m thinking of doing 2 cages next year one when it’s real small an let it grow through that so there’s lots of support an no broken branches.

We were planning to do the same here cause the local deli does it 3 days a week and its all shit.. and expensive ,did I say it was shit..lol
.I make doughnuts like Krispy Kreme doughnuts , better apparently, anyway we wanted to open it up for take away food as we have a chicken treat 100 km round trip or Dome and that's expensive as hell. Don't even have a shop anymore , they closed target for a car park for a 350 a night hotel in a town where there is nothing to do ..Albany is cheaper and more interesting

The owners of the local deli are sick and it become a family owned business with investors own the building and getting in on stock, so just capital when needed basically..but we couldn't borrow that much so we thought van is perfect..on the back burner for the time being as funds due to my medical and medication, kids with school is fucked aswell .2 in h/school sux the most so far haha
