Looks like it's not getting any nitrogen.

Yep, pretty typical.

uuhhhhh underfed maybe ????? and now that it doesnt have any energy its over watered.

You want to bring it back feed it some veg nutes add epsom salt add microbes some kelp wouldnt hurt either, at about 400 ppms and then foliar feed it some veg nutes one day at 200 ppms and epsom salt at 150 ppms the next day repeat till it gets better.

I would guess root problems. Pretty much just like what my girls looked like in the beginning of the process.

I'm known to be wrong though.

Leaves look a bit yellow to me, some purpling of stems....
Those are the two main issues IMO.
Yellowness and purpleness, definitely.

Over watered, not enough nitrogen. Probably short on many nutrients.
