A little more info about your grow will help.

What medium are you growing in.

Nutrients.

pH

How often do you water? May be overwatering (not letting soil dry out between watering)

Looks like it's not getting any nitrogen.

Looks a ph issue and to much water

uuhhhhh underfed maybe ????? and now that it doesnt have any energy its over watered.

You want to bring it back feed it some veg nutes add epsom salt add microbes some kelp wouldnt hurt either, at about 400 ppms and then foliar feed it some veg nutes one day at 200 ppms and epsom salt at 150 ppms the next day repeat till it gets better.

You in the great lakes root zone too cold
#1 issue lack of mag
#2 Issue lack of nitrogern

I would guess root problems. Pretty much just like what my girls looked like in the beginning of the process.

I'm known to be wrong though.
