2nd run same strain, smaller buds? help!!

hi guys,

been a while since ive posted ' been mad! busy but, im bck with some shitty problems...

i was given some cheese clones last year from a friend and i must say the grow was brilliant ' i had 4x cheese plants in a 2x4 tent under a 600w hps and the results were amazing! 15 ounces of dry goodies lol.

i kept a mother from that run to clone and go again once i had the tent back after drying my buds.

i took 8x clones that rooted after 10days under a single 25w 6500k cfl i kept 4 for myself and gave 4 to a friend.

Vegative stage went fine with no problems ' plants were happy going into flower when about 4weeks in i noticed the buds were alot smaller than previous?

VEGATIVE TIME: 5 weeks

GROW AREA: 2x4x6 tent
LIGHTING: 600w mh/hps
GROWING METHOD:drip feed hydroponics
POT SIZE: VEG: 4 litre FLOWER: 11 litre
MEDIUM: coco/perlite 75/25%
VENTILATION: 6"rvk outake/ passive intake
CLIMATE CONTROLL: control freak 3amp
NUTRIENTS: ionic bloom
ADDATIVES: epsom salt / h202
WATERING AMOUNTS: 2x watering 6hours apart 1.5L per watering each plant 25% runoff
HUMIDITY: 50%
TEMPERATURE:24c / 27
RES SIZE : 70litre
RES TEMP: 18C /20C
EC:1.6
PH: 5.8
RUNOFF EC: 1.6
RUNOFF PH: 5.8

the girls did have a little to much NITROGEN & a POTASIUM deficency a while ago, nothing that i didnt have happen last run?

im thinking over watering even thou im in coco/perlite and possible heat stress?

im running 12% h202 food grade at 20ml per day in a 70L res filled to 50L

im thinking flush with a 1.0ec and change the watering cycle from 2x 5min 10litres per day ÷3 feed, to 1x 7min to let the coco dry a little because ' its quite wet all the time

difficult to tell unless you have somthing to compare with so ' here is my last grow of the same strain same amount of days in flower...

You have about 4 weeks to go. They'll get better.

1. Bulb degrading.
2. Clone is from one of the ones you had before, not the same four plants.
3. Different time of year, less air exchange to keep the same temp you had previous hence less co2 replenishment.

That's just a couple of things that come to mind.

no wurries, i have a thick skin and dont get offended easily! especially over subjects I'm a novice in.

on another note,
1) i purchase new bulbs every grow.
2) i run a climate control unit.
3) temps were higher last run.
4) i have a humidifier/ de humidifier

im sure its a root zone problem and not a enviroment problem, ive done enough grows now and also read enough literature to point me in the right direction

i just cover all basis by asking advice because you never know who's watching and, i might catch a break from someone that shares some valuable information?

im a stoner through & through so somtimes i make mistakes due to poor memory recollection /lazy techniques and a busy life with a full time job, 3 children & a wife with a disability.

i started growing to earn some extra cash to help with christmas when the family fell on hard times, due to myself contracting a stomach disease called H.pylori it had the doctors guessing for 2years before getting a diagnosis.

once that first run landed me a nice! 18 ounces of OG from 4 clones gifted by a friend, i got the bug!!

10 grows in and ive never lost a plant or had a major problem like we have all read about on line, i feel like a just need to refine what im doing and be a little more methodical?
it doesnt help that im always changing strains because its difficult to source clones where i live and ' space restrictions limit what i can accomplish?

i also realized i wasnt going to find amazing plants in theese 5packs of fem seeds for 29.99 you see everywhere! advertising the latest desirable strains that once grown ' never turn out how you imagine ' no taste/no potency/no decent phenos.

the moment i grew some clones PAW!!! stinky potent buds the size of my arm lol.

im only purchasing elite seeds from now on because "you get what you pay for"
my next purchase is going to be somthing from... DANKONOMICS/DNA/DARK HORSE/EXOTIC GENETICS/TGA ECT:

im going to purchase REG seeds and find a decent pheno to cherish lol
any seed sugestions would be great, im looking for a slightly indica leaning plant with great resin production, tight node spacing, some colour, but most importantly amazing smell & taste???

NOT ASKING MUCH AM I LOL
