I just put these moms into the flower tent but they're huge and the only thing I can think to do is supercrop. Is it okay to do beginning of flower?
if you have any recent pics of super cropping post em plz. I know how to do it but never had to till nowYes its ok.
Be careful so you dont break a branch = have tape at the ready.
Whats happening is your changing the apical dominance. But I have done this in the past and what I noticed is that, lets say you have two equal branches and you bend them straight horizontal and lets say ones at 9 and ones at 3 but the one that is at 3 falls down to the 4 o'clock position. That 4o'clock branch tends to get left behind and doesn't develop as much as the equal branch on the other side. So keep them all level (support them) if you do this, until they heal and they re-establish equal dominance around the plant.
Or if you dont go to that extreme its ok to bend a few here and there. In a couple of weeks ill post a couple of pics of my supercrop job i'm about to do. They were ready to go into flower last week.
First pic is after supercropping, second is of recovered joints.if you have any recent pics of super cropping post em plz. I know how to do it but never had to till now
Pretty much just make a 90 degree bend on the stem, and if it doesn't pop back up in a few hours/ half day you did it right.if you have any recent pics of super cropping post em plz. I know how to do it but never had to till now
WRONG. You DO NOT just bend the stem 90°! That's how you SNAP it!Pretty much just make a 90 degree bend on the stem, and if it doesn't pop back up in a few hours/ half day you did it right.
