you know..i don't think anyone noticed anything tbh..nice that you apologized, first guy here with a moral compass and manners. All good everyone, if you're wondering the argument I was having with chiefrunningphist was solved via P.M.
If I was a bit much on this thread I do apologize.
That's only if you draw the racial line as to whom gets to say what, why should only black people be able to speak about what we all saw happen to the young man?I think all the whytppo should stop talking about black peoples hair. Bucks right there is a straight up epidemic of nazi's around these parts.
I disagree but see your side.Cutting that kid's hair was an act of violence.
It might be plausible or possible, or "fair" reasoning, but to judge before the facts are presented and the entire story is made public is not socially responsible, and further fans the flames of our current racial climate. It is fair to believe that racism played a role in that ref's actions on that day. It is fair to believe that racism played a role because this kind of shit happens every day in the school system much more often to black kids than white.
This is the same kind of fake "fairness" that Republicans gave to Kavanaugh. I don't know that Kavanaugh is guilty but I believe Ford in part because the kind of shit he is accused of is very common. So common that we should first believe the woman and look for evidence to the contrary.I disagree but see your side.

The fact that it's headline news across the country is an unequal or superfluous response and disintegrates the integrity of the "actual" racial discrimination argument which is derived from validated and more serious offenses. You disrespect the true victims and the true fight going on by not being disciplined in how and when you react and/or label things that may or may not be "racist".
Basically, its so IN right now to hate on racists. People are tainting the real situation with their social media need for attention and likes and their desire to be excepted.
That's my $0.02. The more I read about it the more its developing into a race related issue, but its hard to tell hype from news anymore and I'll give it a few days of investigation before I jump in with the "lord of the flies" type of conviction, which I think is happening here currently... I could be wrong but trying to be socially responsible.
Guilty until proven innocent.. And guilty by association..The education system has been shown to be guilty of systemic racism against black kids It is not unreasonable to suspect each and every violation of a black kid's rights or act of violence against them by the school system to be due to racism.
It is a common principle in courts that the past behavior of a witness or defendant has bearing on the credibility of their testimony:
Evidence of Prior Convictions: Admissible Against Defendants Who Testify?
Some defendants who testify run the risk of the jury learning about their criminal record.
https://www.nolo.com/legal-encyclopedia/evidence-prior-convictions-admissible-against-defendants-who-testify.html
When any witness, or defendant, testifies, his or her credibility is at issue. The fact-finder (either judge or jury) must decide whether and how much to believe the witness. That’s why courts allow into evidence certain kinds of past convictions—to aid the determination of how trustworthy the witness is.
The ref may be reasonably thought to be a racist fuck until he is proven otherwise.
What do you mean by the above? Racists are hateful oppressors, f them all, am I “in”? (done for likes)Basically, its so IN right now to hate on racists. People are tainting the real situation with their social media need for attention and likes and their desire to be excepted.
.
Wow! What balls! That took courage! I am so impressed! Yo everybody! Like this guys comment! LmaoWhat do you mean by the above? Racists are hateful oppressors, f them all, am I “in”? (done for likes)
hierarchy established; suck-up initiated..dude..he's not trump.I think all the whytppo should stop talking about black peoples hair. Bucks right there is a straight up epidemic of nazi's around these parts.
You misunderstood my irony, nice ad hominem but it suggests you are in a hole and digging. Why is it “IN” to “hate on” racists? and why do you think anti racists are disingenuous attention seekers?Wow! What balls! That took courage! I am so impressed! Yo everybody! Like this guys comment! Lmao
Its just stating the obvious, for attention. So people will go, "oh jee, what a real stand up guy." No shit racism is bad, but were so triggered right now with any little thing that we leap before we look and that type of mentality is cancerous to the actual problem at hand. And all for attention, its selfish, not selfless..
Your misrepresenting the situation. The title of this thread is "No wonder why blacks hate whites", authored by a white girl, about a subject she's has no experience with about a culture she is foreign too, so that's what I'm talking about when I'm referring to its so IN right now to hate on racists. Its not the fact that understanding that racism is bad its the fact they choose to exploit the situation for attention regardless of the merit of the incident they'd like to use for attention. Or their fake outrage given their proximity to the incident and knowledge surrounding it.You misunderstood my irony, nice ad hominem but it suggests you are in a hole and digging. Maybe I'm a bit late to the party but the kid wasn't breaking the rules with his braided hair and hair covering.
In previous matches in a tournament a week before, Speziali said Andrew wrestled without any issues.
According to the NFHS wrestling rule book, a wrestler's hair cannot fall below the top of a shirt collar in the back, below his earlobes on the sides, or below his eyebrows.
If it is longer than the rule allows, the wrestler has to braid his hair or hide it beneath a hair cover attached to his ear guards, the rulebook states.
New Jersey State Interscholastic Athletic Association (NJSIAA) Executive Director Larry White said in a statement that state authorities are investigating the incident.
Cutting that kid's hair was an act of violence. I hope the board takes action against that ref and I hope the family takes action against the authorities and wins.

The title of this thread is deliberately provocative and made by a person who suffers from racism against black people. In that way, the title works but it fails too. Black people don't hate white people because of shit like this. They just want it to stop.
