Bro, I walked out on our loading dock at work today to check out the construction going on. The foreman on the roof was yelling down to a guy on the ground. Growly strong southern draw, “why do you show up to work with no tools”lol he went on an on. I thought about you, figured that’s how you handle your guys.. you’re not in Florida are ya?lol

Hope everyone is doing good. Decided to pop in and see how things are going. Looks like I'm going for a whole new learning curve here this next year. Got some new gear (wink) and some of my old gear I'm working with. Also Santa was nice to me this season. Guess it's time, still love working with my old stuff though.
