Brown spots?? Any help appreciated

So a couple days ago I noticed a few small brown spots on a leaf that wasnt gstting muxh light, so it didnt worry me then, but today I noticed it much worse on the leaf and a few other leafs have a few of the same brown spots, isolated to only 1 of the three plants and only a few spots on a few leafs that arent getting direct light. They also seem to have slowed the growth down a little. Maybe I've just been watching them to closely to notice significant growth lol. But they have been producing a ton of trichomes ive the last couple days, just not much bud growth. The stretching seems to just be finishing up.
White widow, humidity inside canopy about 50%RH, day temps about 77-78
Night temps 70-72.
3 weeks into flowering today.
Fox farm ocean forest 45% coco coir 25% perlite 30% mix.
Have given nutes only twice. Organic flowering nutrients 2 days ago, and 2 waterings before that. No veg nutes at all because they did not need it.
Maybe manganese or calcium deficiency? Just simply lack of light? Fungus??(I pray not)
And I've microscopes a ton for pests and have identified none. But the way its isolated to a certain area, and looks under a microscope it definitely doesnt look like a pest of any sort.
Also, does this seem like decent bud development for week 3 flowering?
(Sorry about the lighting in the pictures. No alternative lighting for photos

Yeah yeah
I think I almost like seeing some nice frosty buds in late flower more than I like smoking it. Ehh, it's too close to call

See in that last picture how the edges are slightly pointing up? Think I might need to turn my temps down a bit? Or think it's just genetics?

Thanks! Yeah a lot of pictures i looked at of calcium and manganese deficiencies looked very similar to what I'm seeing.
How far along are your girls?
On Monday they will be 4 weeks old into flower. Then prob about 4 more weeks to finish up, then dry and cure time lol.
This is literally like watching the grass grow. It’s all about patience lol.

The buds look spot on for week 3. Being that it's white widow I would expect them to take about 9 weeks to properly mature and finish.

At week 3 those plants are In overdrive really working on the buds now.

Alright thanks! I've had the last week off work so I've been checking them every 10 minutes haha. Like they say a watched plant never buds. Oh wait that's not what they say.. it's something about a pot boiling.. oh well

Is this a pest of some sort? I set the leaf on multiple different spots on the floor before examining under a microscope so it may have picked something up.
This is under 120x magnification. I feel like it looks like a mite or something, but that would be an insanely small mite at 120x

Those brown spots are spreading pretty rapidly on a few of the leafs. It's still only on the same ones but the amount of spots have doubled

Should I consider hitting them with some neem oil in case it may be a sort of fungus or pest?
While I have the chance before it's too far into flowering?
No major symptoms, just the brown spots.
And I mean the leafs below the canopy are yellowing and dying pretty rapidly.
I expect them to yellow and die off because they're not really getting much light, but not as quickly as they are

I bet they are hungry. You said you've only fed them nutes twice so far. at this point the plants are using tons of energy and usually need more nutes. I wouldn't suggest slamming them, just feeding them.

I had a similar thing happening, I think it was my shitty tap water so I got an RO filter and began adding around 200 PPM Cal/Mag to the water when I gave them a drink...pretty sure that stopped the problem but I'm not 100% sure. Hope you see improvement with whatever you're doing differently but I'd still be very happy about how good they're doing if I was you! They look super healthy, besides that little spotting. Bet you'll get some tasty, stank herbs from them.

I fed them again today, and added a bit of Epsom salt for magnesium since I dont have any specific micronutes at the moment. Some of the leafs seem to be clawing a bit but not bad, hopefully it's just something minor related to the spots.
I vape, and I just realized today that a lot of it has been going right into my intake:( Maybe somehow thats ehats causing the issue. Either way no more of that near the tent!!
Thanks though guys, I appreciate the help!
Should only have about 5 more weeks left, so in praying that none of these issues are anything serious.
Goodluck to you guys aswell!!
