man its ridiculous i mean theyre using that technique where the buds are put into a bag and rolled to make the buds look solid. its so stupid and whats worse people are comparing that stuff to everything thinking that weed is suppose to look like that.

Flood and drains some handy especially coming from hand watering. Are you flood to waste or recirculating? With the great white I don't add it directly to the reservoir I hand water once a week. The powder version tends to clumps up and sinks. Also might be worth looking into something like flying skull z7 to keep the res and pipes clean, it's a 2 part enzyme cleaner and also keeps shit from sticking to everything makes it a lot easier to clean.

You should check out Vader OG on youtube. He runs flood and drain tables and gives really good tips in his Q&A

doing recirculating for now. oh really? damn i didnt think id have to habd water with it. whats the liquid version like? might get hydroguard instead if thats the case. pipes are thick enough, thinking now that might let too much light into the rez and cause pythium , damn never thought of this.

man i hate watching videos id rather just read stuff lol

Yeah the great white powder doesn’t sit well in the reservoir. Not too sure about the liquid but should be similar. I use the great white to powder the roots during transplant and then for the first 2 weeks of flower. I fill a 5l bottle from the res with nutrients and add some great white to it. Yeah hydrogarud and z7 are the same i heard some good things from guys using z7 so went with that one. It helps the roots but stops shit from sticking to pumps and pipes. Is the res covered? Might get some stuff growing if light gets into the res with nutrient mix. And watch out for spring tales. Iv has them since I started using the res and so did a mate of mine. Can’t get rid of them haha

yeah dunno what to do might just keep the powder to feck. do you give everyday in the first 2 weeks of flower?

there is light getting in thats what i think the pythium came from. i had springtales when i first started growing but havent had them since. as far as im aware the springtales do no harm in fact ive heard they only eat on dead stuff so theyre a bit beneficial if its true lol

I use it once per week for the first 2 weeks of veg and first 2 weeks of flower. Then I sprinkle on the roots during transplant. It’s some stuff I could actually see the difference after using it for a few weeks.

Yeah iv done a bit of research into them. Iv seen there ok but at the same time people don’t intentionally introduce them into the room so can’t be great haha. Iv had them for 2 years now and haven’t notice any negitive affects so I just keep them in check. It’s only since I started using a reservoir Iv had the fuckers

Yeah keeping them under control can be difficult they reproduce like crazy. I usually scoop them out of the brain once a week. Feeding on the good roots is the part I don’t like haha

yeah ill probably still use it and get some hydroguard for the rez's. ive heard nothing but good things about it.

I had one hermi (proper pollen sacks) and another looked sus early on so i chopped er aswell. That sucked but what doesnt is the remaining three:)

I chopped the first coupke wks ago and just tried it. It was the one i had low stress trained and the buds are big.

Some buds are way bigger than my fist which is a first for me. I think from now on i will lst.

The other two are on straight water for a wk (3 day in) and will get the chop.

Incidentally im done with air pots. Theyre a pain in the arse to water as they leak down the sides so you cant accurately gauge % run off. Mind you i stopped checking run off ec as aiming for a set figure didn't seem to make a diff in soil?!

Anyway, we had a first smoke after a measly weeks cure and it's e x a c t l y what i wanted. Supposedly 9% cbd and thc, the highest % 1:1 on the market. It's really nice, but hard to explain.... Clear headed yet high!?! Body feels stoned but upstairs you can function but are nevertheless whacked lol, very weird yet very lovely:)
Zero anxiety and I'd bet the farm it's a winner for most folks suffering from that.
