So...... 1 chiller 2 setups
I needed a chiller after all.
Here's what I did.
I moved the tent across the room and put it near my flower tents control res. Ran some tubing and did like a wort chiller type thing. I used the Y to get more pressure. The pump was having a difficult time pumping through 100ft of tubing. I may still split it into 4 tubes instead of 2 to see if i can get a little bit more flow.
I used clear tubing because that res hardly ever gets opened, maybe once a week and I open the opposite side so light wont be an issue. I have a bucket that I am going to coil it up in. I was tired of messing with it tonight so I just dropped it in there. With the bucket, the water from my flower system will come out of that black hose there and into the bucket. So the coolest water will be on the hose coil to cool the veg tent and then waterfall out of the bucket back into the flower control res.
Used black tubing where it would be exposed to light.
So far its held its temp solid. We will see in a few hours.
