QB growers, your flower room temps??

What temp do you guys keep your flowering area under QBs only?

Its been my understanding that the plants require a higher air temperature under just QBs. So ive usually been around 82 for veg and 78 for flower.

my flower room averages 70-72 with no space heater with lights on, mid-low 60s lights off. Would be great to not need the space heater

Just curious what everyone else sets the thermostat at....

They meed to be warm as they are not getting any UV to warm them up so ambient temps are needed 70 is low for goo roots

QB dude here ....

Shoot between 70° - 80° and you are golden. Mine stay at ambient temps ( as room ) .
Dimmer load ( power ) also raises or tempers the heat radiated from heat sinks.

Not sure what you are asking .... but one pot is for Quantum 4 panel and other is for COBS.

Although I use Kil A Watt meter to “ know “ where the power draw is .... I adjust up or down to give a proper temp environment INSTEAD of wondering what watts I am at.

I only use a oscillating fan for air exchange on plants and it helps temps a little too.
But there is NO REASON to throw them at MAX ( thus hotter temps ) ... I can touch and leave my hand on any of the heat sinks without discomfort. Mid power levels is where they shine.

I have way more power than needed for that 3x3 , but it’s better to have more than not enough.
Plus that rig is ready to hang in an open space instead of the tent.

I actually need to add another driver which would give me a little more ambient heat. I'm running four 304s off 330 watts.

I didn't quite understand what I needed when I was ordering things in 2017 lol, oh well.

im running this setup x4
Seems to have been enough light, but not much heat.
I just aim to keep it above 75, asking anything more with my space isnt happening without a large heater in there constantly going. I had to add an extra vent from my furnace ducting into the basement to keep it warmer down there.

With LED, most say low to mid 80's F, or 27-29C.
HID and HPS heat the plants directly with infrared, so lower air temps are best.
