OK please forgive I am a newbie. But I placed an order from Kind Seed on the 25th of Sept. and have not received anything. I have sent a email and have received no response.

Should I be worried or are they just slow.

Thanks

Did you research the company before you ordered from them ? Did you look up the Blacklist to make sure they weren't on it ? Did you send them a BS email before you ordered just to see if they would respond ?

If you did all that with positive outcomes you should be allright, if you just took a guess because their website looked the best, then you are just tossing a coin and let us know how it turns out.

also, kindseed is absurdly over-priced for most of their seeds. For example, arjans haze #2 is about 100usd for 10 seeds, at kindseed its 275usd!!

I tried to buy some lethal purple seeds. Not sure why it takes a week to charge my card but that's how they do it I guess. 2 weeks after it was charged I received my package...of madame poison seeds. I guess what i wanted was out of stock Oh well...just what happened to me from Kind seed.

i bought from kindseeds, and also got a different strain in my package, which was actually a better, higher priced strain. It came in a pretty timely way, in a nicely stealth package. I think they are fine. They also guarantee 90% of their seeds will germinate, which imo is kinda crazy.

Kindseed ripped me off. It has been 31 days since I placed my order and I have received nothing. Take heed to the ripoff posts about Kindseed, they are crooks preying on good people.

They came through for me on a couple of
occasions. They are too expensive for Euro
beans but their Canadian beans are fairly
priced and they are one of they few (if not
only) places in Canada that take credit
cards.

Count your losses and learn from this. Next time try Single Seed Centre. All of my seeds arrive in exactly 9 days and so far I've had a 100% germ rate. Or better yet start with bagseed since you're just starting

Kiss your $$$$$$$$$ goodbye.........
Yea, they ripped me too, even took the time to send a bullshit e-mail saying my card has been refunded, NOT. What a waste of my time and money. The people at Kindseed are scum, just saying.

Why not just do a credit card charge back? How do
you know the package wasn't seized? Did you try calling
them and talking to them to try and work something out?
You'd have to be civil to them if you hope to get
anywhere going that route. I've talked to them on the
phone a few times and they were friendly, they have
a physical storefront so they are not some fly by night
fake place with no seed stock.

I've only used them twice so I'm not going to go out of
my way to defend them but you sound kind of like an impatient
newb going out of your way to slam a company without
exploring all of your options to get the situation resolved.

31 days during the holidays is not super long. Yea it's a
little longer than it should be, but I've seen packs take 6+
weeks to arrive with no problems. The risk of seizure is
always very real, and it's possible they sent and it was
taken by Customs. Also, for credit card refunds, I've had
major retailers (Amazon, Best Buy, etc.) refund me money
and it's occasionally taken almost a week for the refund
to show up on my account.

There are a TON of well documented seed banks, I'd stick
with them in the future. Try: The Seed Depot, Canna Collective,
Hemp Depot, Peak Seeds, Attitude, Sannies, Sea Of Seeds,
etc., etc., etc.

Good Luck,

Update

Kindseed did refund my money, which is not what I expected, so I give them credit for that.
Additionally, if my package was seized I would be notified.
Moreover, I placed my order the day after Thanksgiving with Kindseed and received nothing. I placed an order with Herbie 6 days later a received my package 9 days later. I was patient for 27 days. KIndseed had the ball in their court and dropped it. One can defend Kindseed all one wants but my experience was bitter at the very least, kudos to Herbie's. Nuff said.

So you did jump the gun and call out a company for no reason.

Also, it's very possible to have a seizure and not be notified.
I've seen Customs letters take 8+ plus weeks to show up (3 to
6 is average) and I know about packs that were taken and
NEVER received a Customs letter. You also have to think about
postal thieves in both countries.

They refunded your money, how is that dropping
the ball? For all they know you could be a scammer
that received your pack and wants more shit for
free or a refund. Except for the places that send
with tracking, a lot of seedbanks would have told
you tough shit. Other seedbanks would tell you that
they'll replace the order when you make another
order but they won't resend without you making
another order. A place that gives you a full refund
based on your word alone doesn't deserve to be
bashed. They told you that you were getting
a refund and you continued to bash them without
giving the banks a chance to process the refund.
