Are you a highlander? ... I ask as a close friend's father is and if you are help may be able to be obtained through channels within your regiment

There are no store fronts for buying clones. In fact there are zero official places offering good clones in the entire country as far as I know. As for help within your regiment, the official stance is you will be referred to an LP and their garbage is as far from medicine as you will find.
Wish I could offer more help. But that is the current state of things.

the problem that LP has expensive price and long time to wait the order...
I spoke with one of my friend and he advise me ask someone who work in hydroponics shops for chance it could be $25 per clone maybe, unfortunately they only advised me to ask some Compassion Clubs.. and I've called to one and there is possibility to buy clones but no any reservation or wait list, have to call them and ask everyday to maybe buy some.. anyway. Thanks guys, will probably order some seeds to start my second grow.
