Homemade oil for my vape pen

Just for conversation, here is a cart I’ve been vaping. The oil inside was derived from the QWET process and filtered ONLY with a coffee filter. It starts off golden and then turns to this color. Now before everyone asks..... no there isn’t any burnt taste and it hasn’t thickened up.
HERE IS ALSO A PIC of the cart that tastes like shit. It has a ceramic coil but still tastes like shit. I’m thinking because of the small weep holes that it just bakes whatever oil is in the well.

I just did a qwet and I'm going to try to mix with just terpenes for a stronger cartridge. We shall see, it's still evaporating.

I make butane oil with a glass tube I bought that does the job great. Says Gangster on the tube.

I mix my oil with a little cherry flavored limeade that has no nicotine to load in my vape pen which is a white rhino pen.
Works great and I get huge inhales from it...and tastes good lol

So, can anyone give me suggestions for a pen or mod that lasts and doesn’t leak? I’m not very informed on tanks and shit.

I’ve been through all kinds of pens and shit and they all sucked. I bought small box mods and pens from vape stores, ordered some online, etc. I have recently been using the Ruby, which I thought was good, and now the thing is just dead. Got a few months of use and it didn’t leak, but wtf?

Btw, my Extract Solutions order arrived and the bottles were broken. Not very good packaging and, of course, USPS crappy handling. I’m waiting to hear back from them about replacing. I sent a pic of the fucking mess that was my box.

I honestly can't say, I've only had them for a few weeks. So far I've only charged the battery I'm using one time, but I don't partake frequently at all. Wish I could be a bit more helpful.

Save a lot of $ and order direct from china. It takes a bit of shipping time, but you should save about 50% vs ebay or Amazon. They buy from china, then upcharge. Dhgate!

I know some of you make money off these. I’m looking for something just for myself, I don’t need 10 of them or anything. Maybe multiple carts, however. I am looking for a nice setup that won’t leak and won’t die after a few months use.

Another thought, I own several pens for shatter, like the Evolves, Puffco, etc. I don’t use them much and they do have the 510 threads. Could I buy carts and use it with these, or are they too powerful or something?

man, im about to check out Smok Novo, its like $28 with 5 refillable 2ml pods, small, and on demand hitting, so no buttons. cant beat the price, and hear they are super awesome. 1 pod can be refilled, but guess they start to go bad after 4-5 refills, which isnt to bad. 3 pods for like $10 cant beat it.

I used the .45 micron syringe filters. they worked well! never had any issue with clogging or anything!

Those who use Extract Solutions, what ratio do you use it at? I have a nice gram of QWET ands it’s going into the Smok Novo when it arrives. I think I’ve always used 2 mills to a gram with Wax Liquidizer...

It did not turn black. But after a few runs I would still say the 22 filters are better. better hit, no clogging
