Yes there are many many forms on here about lighting. I have read many and talked about more in other forms.

My question is between $ 150-300 (Canadian) price range, what are the best lights in YOUR opinion ? Please attach the link in your comments so I can see.

The lights I'm using just aren't strong enough to fast track my grow. My grow room is 8ft by 8ft. But my lights are 45W a true 15W and I am running 6 of them circular in a 3'ftX3'ft. I'm on day 70 and I feel like I should be into flowering but at this size 12" plant :( Yes I've been low stress training like mad but still... I need better faster results next grow.
