Growing a autoflower in same grow room as reg strain

Can I put my White widow fast strain in with my auto flower strain that is running 18-6. I believe the white widow would be fine for veg in 18-6 but when it comes to flower could I switch it to 12-12 with the auto flower in there ? The auto flower is 17 days old and the white widow is still a seed. I could just keep the white widow in veg until the autoflower is done. Let me know what you think

You can do that but the 12/12 cycle is going to hurt your yield on the auto.
