I was originally going to let it go till 14 weeks, it’s an autoflower. It’s on week 12 now I got called in to work one night and missed a feeding and a lot of the surgar leaves started to change colors. Just started my flushing last night tho.Yeah I was thinking more likely 2-3 honestly. The buds don't look "swollen" , and it seems to have lots of fresh white pistil growth.
Since it sprouteded.12 weeks since it sprouted or since it started showing flowers?
Just out of curiosity what is the timeline from the breeder?Since it sprouteded.
Looks good man I’m growing one right now that is supposed to be done in 9 weeks... maybe I should plan on not cutting it down right before Christmas lol always heard you really can’t trust their guidelines, mine grew quite a bit taller than it was supposed to as well. It’s hard for me to see on your plant my glasses are broken right now. I still see a lot of white pistols though. Have you thought of looking into a magnifying glass or loupe to check your trichomes? They can be cheap like 10$.
I would definitely let it go a little longer than the nine weeks. I do have a loop but from what I’ve read you can’t always go off the trichs with autoflowers.Looks good man I’m growing one right now that is supposed to be done in 9 weeks... maybe I should plan on not cutting it down right before Christmas lol always heard you really can’t trust their guidelines, mine grew quite a bit taller than it was supposed to as well. I believe you may be right on the autoflowers it didn’t start to flower till about week 4 or 5 so 9 weeks would put it at a total of 14 weeks. There are different schools of thought on this, but I learned at one point not to count any time on flowering plants until you see flowering begin. I feel this applies both to photo and auto plants. If you start counting weeks before you see flowers the plant isn't flowering yet..... So how long has it been since it started flowering? It might only need 9 weeks....of flowering! Everyone is always in a hurry to count the weeks up and harvest their plants. Growing weed well takes time, and patients. If you harvest plants early you loose out on weight, and potancy.
Mine says 9 weeks from germ that bs from the breeder? Thanks man!never go on the time scale for autos they give you a rough idea but from experience with autos they normally got 2-3 weeks over sometimes 4. All I can say is get a 60x magnifier on them and the bitches will let you know when there ready. Good luck fellow grower.
Frankly, I believe many breeders feed a lot of BS to get people to buy their newest cross. There can also be major differences between pheontypes! The breeder might have found one phenotype that finished in 9 weeks from germination, but I highly doubt it, thats CRAZZZZY fast. Even if he did find one pheno, the chances of all the seeds being that phenotype are really slim. You can't usually grow out a single pack of seeds and expect the winner pheno every time.Mine says 9 weeks from germ that bs from the breeder? It’s from royal queen seeds
Yeah I knew with some of that stuff like estimated yield that they are full of shit, wouldn’t be a stretch to say their timeline is more marketing fluff too. Oh well either way I will smoke this fucking thing. At some point.Frankly, I believe many breeders feed a lot of BS to get people to buy their newest cross. Thank you. This is my first grow ever so there where some mistakes that may have hurt my yield. I thinking I might get 2 1/2 ounces out of here. Hopefully the next run will be a better one.Nice looking Auto!!! Shes around the same size/ buddage as my Phenos, which were vegged for 6 and are on week 7 of flower.
Looking to set up an auto grow when done with these 2, so thinking about trying your Pineapple xpress there. Nice!
Do lettuce know how yah get on , yeah? Good luck!
