Well it’s not that bad. It’s still good weed, nice nuggets, smells good, gets you really high. It just doesn’t look as good as it should. It looks like really good weed, that had the best trics shaken off. For example, my weed can be smelled thru the bag, when i touch it my hands get sticky and there keef all over my fingers. The weed I buy looks like it should be just as good as mine is, but it’s not crystally, can’t smell thru the bag as well, hands don’t get sticky after handling it. That’s why I’m wondering if it common practice for the growers or the middleman to shake off all the best tricomes and then sell it as wax or vape pens. Or simply keep it for their private stash.

It could be just handled poorly. I really doubt that big growers treat the product as gently as most home growers. I've gotten named strain clones from dispensaries and the same as flower from them and when I grew out the clones my product was superior to the dispensary flower product. Compare home garden veggies to farm produced from grocery store.

or am I an - "unhuman stupid clown shoes working hard to claim victim status"?

It's kind of weird how I am both the bully and the victim in your story. How do you reconcile these two conflicting points of view?

You are completely missing the point of what he is saying. I have been buying my weed bootleg most of my life. I began when I was 16 and I'm 66yr Young now. Legal is a wonderful idea but it is let down in commercial production. Just as one is offered the priveilege of buying fresh tomatoes any time in the produce Mart they fail in comparison to a home grown tomatoes on the vine. I swear it's a tall order to do anything right without Mother nature. The very best smoke I had was a bud from Columbia called Punta Roja. I have never smoked any bud that compared. That was in the fall of '86.

I don't know what your set up is. I do get a feel for your situation. My approach is to just keep growing and grow a lot, but that is an option I have. Some people can only grow small amounts because they live in apartments. I won't even consider buying the stuff. What you grow is your own business. It doesn't matter what the plants look like as long as it works. People worry themselves sick over trying to have a perfect grow. IMO, growing for your own use is safe as long nobody knows. When was the last time you ever heard of somebody getting raided for having a few plants growing? Some people only have room for one tent and have to use it for both vegetative and flowering. I keep a flowering tent and a vegetative tent going year round. About every two years I make seeds and use those. My advice is to be your own guy and don't deal with anyone. I don't see where you need anyone's approval.
