I just want to add. My posts was not being harsh on vipar. They work well , however take the v900 i have it will replace a 400 watt hps. Not a 900 or even a 600. If your light pulls 415 watts like my v900 u have a 400 watt grow light not a 900....so take the wattages and coverages with a grain of salt guys. U need more than they tell u
Got ya, I agree that prob after 3 grows you'll want to upgrade. Just bc there's so much better and prices on A+ gear keeps plummeting. They had their place 2 yrs ago but not now.

At this time with my 2x vipar 600w each,total 1200w..I have 538 TRUE WATTS in the 1m x 1m tent..that means that i have 50 TRUE WATTS per sq.foot..!My plant loves it..i am in day9 of flowering, today i stopped tucking and i let her to stretch up and i post this photo right now.
i really have no idea about quantums or cobs or whateve anything else about led lighting..what is the difference bettween 538truewatts full spectrum vipar with another 538true watts full spectrum panel???same spectrum,same watts..so what is the difference?and how watts are be lost through heat?Yes but those lights are much less efficient, more of your watts are being lost through heat.
