4x4 tent and I seen webs. Each leaf might 30 mites on it with eggs. 3 plants and 1 the big one was thriving and I only seen a few mights on it. The other 2 plants had all the mites and was behind in the flowering stage due to this. My question is I couldn't spray under the leaves that good especially the back of the tent. Is it important to spray under the leaves? I sprayed the entire 4x4 area with 750ML of mighty wash. Comments please

It's imperative to spray every part of the plants. Tops and bottoms of leaves, the soil, everything. Then do it again every 2 or 3 days for a couple weeks. Then again every week until harvest.

The bottoms of the leaves you didn't spray have mites and eggs that will repopulate the whole tent again in less than a week.

Very few of the mites were moving, why is that?? Im throwing out 2 of the plants bc I grew them small on purpose and they had 99.9% of the mites on them. The other plant is huge and it really only had a few mites... Yup I was wondering why those plants with mites were slowly going through the flowering stage. It was lagging behind.

Mites live on underside of leaves,IME mightywash sucks, I use floramite or Avid in veg(early) and have not seen a mite during flowering in 15 years.

Early bloom

You might just go to a Pyrehrin and spray undersides well. Pyrethrin becomes inert or non toxic in hrs after application...In less then 36 hrs it is non toxic by exposure to air and light...(when properly mixed and used)
This is a contact killer....hence the need to do undersides of the leaves...

Forbid in affordable amounts - Ebay

Skip Floramite
Save Avid for Russet Mites
Forbid is the champ........Used right, one shot and done! (must sanitize the grow and contact killer spray the media surface and container)

Mighty wash has micro amounts of Pyrethrin in it.
In amounts that small, it is an effective repellent !!!
I use micro amounts in water and spray round any possible crack that a mite may find to get in the grow.....Repel them..eh?
