Leaves wilting down please help

I haven't run out of bottom yet only been 3 days since transplant. Around 24 lights on and 19 off. I have its brothers and sisters outside and they seem to be doing fine. Do you think that it may have been the shock of coming outside to in i have the lights running at night to avoid heat issues maybe it still thinks its asleep? Am i making sense ? lol
 
transplant shock --- use a plant tonic like ermmmmm i forget the name, its a tiny black bottle with yellow label, made from kelp ???? starts with the letter T i think !!!

someone knows what im talking about, its commen well know amd been around decades
