Yepp, only intensity gets lower. Pretty sure you still get measurable UVB output 1m away from these bulbs. Tested them yesterday with sunglases to protect my eyes but even with I would not directly into the light.
It immediately smells somehow "electric" just like the smell you can recognize from a working tesla coil.
Strange..
At short uv nm photons are really moving...

Not sure, they’re not supposed to be done for another 2 weeks. Far red may reduce it a little. Trichs are just slightly milky...
led & uv has sped things up by at least a week for me always. using uvb will give you "resin rails" on the sugar leaves. do uvb bulbs kinda make hash plants, yes they can, but there is a fine line between enhancing resin & burning. your grow is going pretty well. much better than i did my first time using the agro bulbs.

3 days in the dark, cool temps, with circulating air will give you the highest terpene levels you could achieve & help the plant to keep the starches used for growth & photosynthesis down in the roots & medium. will it make a drastic significant distance, no, but it will help. how long & what temp do you plan to dry? dry trim?

I’ld really like to understand the 3 days of dark thing. What is the theory?

I would expect 3 days of additional photosynthesis to add more than 3 days of night.

I plan on trimming them as i take them down and hang, but should be relatively easy, with the heavy defols.

I’m gonna try taking the tops when ready, leave everything below to “ripen” further, continue till only the manifold is left.

I hang until dry, usually takes 4-7days, then jar w/ bovedas.

My growroom is usually 55-60% rh, 60-65F.

From what I have read is that trichomes are to protect the plant from light, like plant sunscreen, and are supposably produced at night. So if your plants are at the % of amber you want you can let them sit in the dark 2-3 days to let them make more trichomes without degrading the present ones.
No idea if this is legit but it is all I have come across.

Thinkin i’m gonna start pre-flush (fresh hydroguarded water, magnesium, sulfur, cal-mag; for 3 days) on diesels and see if ready to flush, hold a little longer on hazes...feel free to comment.

Ppfd ~1050, controlled variables in range.
