Okay so the trade Happened although I had to give up a Half Pound instead of QP lol.
So I guess it cost me 75 bucks. Maybe not even.
@The Hippy I agree it’s on the lower end of the press list.
So now I need to know what to do with the extract?
Do I need a water bong now lol. I’m so out to lunch if I can’t roll my weed.
Not to much practice with any bings or pipe.

P.S That is about a gram and half on the parchment paper! Is that a good yield ?
Super happy with it already.
No more ISO for a while.

So this years outdoor season went well enough to justify building a rosin press.

I've ordered everything but the plates. Will order those when I get my cartridge heaters as I most likely have the metal shop drill those holes. I can drill the rest.
I'm using this guide for my build

Out of curiosity how much ISO would you need to process a pound into oil?

He is actually all of our worst nightmares.
When I met him he showed me pics of all the wed they found and stole .
They found a lot.
He said they bought 3 presses to press the bud.
Now he has no more bud so no reason for the press.
Oh he was proud of his story as well.
I felt like knocking him out.lol

I definitely would have bought something better or built something better, but your right for the price I paid it a great.

I built mine from that, his first video actually, the cartridge heaters take a while to get from China, works awesome. Green Gene is a legend in my opinion.

I only used 1 heater per plate, so did he in the original video, two would heat them up faster.

I’m a little disappointed with the plate size on mine cuz it’s going to take a lot of squishing

I have another larger set but prefer the smaller ones..
12 grams at a time press squished for three minutes max for me is enough to do at once. no need to do oz's
