I am new to the community, and spend much of my free time involved in politics. So I wanted to see how people here feel about Ron Paul? I have been actively supporting him for the past 2 years, and I'm just wondering what the people here feel about Ron Paul and if anyone has already joined Campaign For Liberty — Home Just another way to support legalization and the downfall of "big brother" government.

Aloha Libertarian. How have you been supporting Ron Paul? A serious question. Actively, as in volunteer work, or, just spreading the word among friends and acquaintances, like here? I'm curious.

I don't agree with some of what Ron Paul says, but I've got no real beef with him or anything. I mean, he isn't going to get even one electoral vote, so he's just another dude to me. I'd smoke pot with him, if he'd smoke pot with me. ;)

Palin in no way supports the views of Ron Paul.... Although some here would think so. But I love the way that the republican party has tried to repackage her as a Maverick, she is a poster child for the Status quo and what's wrong with our government.

A Ron Paul/Palin ticket would have steamrolled the Democrats.
Right, You are so delusional. I think we ought to change your name to the brutal half truths. There are some people that actually think before they vote, they make an informed choice as to what would best suit their interests and vote accordingly. Anyone that thinks Ron Paul would pick that retard Palin for Vice is quite frankly, stupid.

If you look through the posts here in the political forum you will find that most are not interested in Ron Paul they support the Current Candidates that were chosen to continue the current status quo ...McCain Obama.

The truth is that Americans ARE idiots overall and will lap up what they see and hear from mainstream media, McCain being chosen as the Republicans Candidate Over a much more honest/principled/educated/non flip flopping/US constitution abiding Ron Paul is proof of that.

The way I see it Ron Paul won in every debate he wasnt blackballed out of , he simply spoke honestly, unscripted and from the heart he is more knowlegable on the economy and foreign affairs and history than both Obama and McCain combined, His voting record is phenominal and completely in tune with the U.S. Constitution, He was the One Candidate Who I know for a fact that sincerely wanted to get the United States back on the right track for the Sake of the Citizens and not the Phony fat cat politicians who use their positions to get and distribute favors to other fat cats.

Ron Paul was the real deal.
