Has anyone ever tried or heard of backbidding?? Does it work? If so what result can you expect?

So its known better as back building rather than “back budding”. Thanks for the link. Just wondering have you or anyone else that you kno of ever tries this method?

No buddy, I've been reading about it but it not something that I would try. If its that good wouldn't everybody be doing it?
I'll stick to topping and lst, I know that works!

Just what i was going to say surely if this was a good and proven method it would be just as well known as other training techniques etc, thanks again budd
