3 questions do mylar help grow? why not foil? or silver wraping paper? and when i start my next grow what should i use? and is white paint better?

foil is bad creates hot spots and burns your plants. i have herd ppl use some cheap papper from the dolla store but mylar is a better reflector if you can get mylar irs cheap you can order it online if you have to theirs no reason not to use it,,,, or flat white paint if you cant get mylar dont use foil

the paint will be fine mylar is better if you can get it if not white paint is a great option

everywhere the light shines if ur usein the whole closet. its not hard

emergency blankets are made of very thin mylar, but you still can use it.
they cost a dollar or so a piece, but hard to work with.
