Strainly is a good way to find breeders in your area. It's kinda like eBay for seeds. With that being said, it's just like eBay in the sense you have to know who your buying from yadda yadda. Some good breeders there with good prices. Just stick with good reviewed breeders or names you know. A lot of times I see people on there order bulk from seed banks and re sell.
