Again, if you really think that Jeff Bezos would have done this on his own, you're beyond delusional. If you think for one second he's going to let it last, you're a complete idiot. He'll wait a month or a couple of months for all the hoopla to settle down, then he'll quietly cut down the work force and jack the prices on prime to make that money back.

That's the thing about greedy people: they simply can not stand to EVER not take EVERYTHING they possibly can. That he's the richest man on earth isn't enough. It'll never be enough. Ever.

That's why he, like the other billionaires, was hell bent on keeping all that money from the tax breaks from the outset.

And when he starts doing that to claw all that money back, which will prove beyond all doubt that Bernie was right, you'll still make up some half-assed excuse and insults not because you were proven wrong, but because for some strange reason you just can't stand to ever admit that Bernie actually made a difference at one point.

I'm curious to see what will happen. It's odd that you would respond to what I said with this comment though. I never suggested that Prime Membership would go down in cost. In fact, I'm under the impression that the cost of a Prime Membership is set based on demand for the service. What I said, before that pig Schuytard was so impressed with your nonsequitur was that the company would be more profitable.

Your challenge is very much acceptable to me though, with the above caveat. The price of Prime is not the guage, the share price is. Paying workers a living wage won't break a company. It will strengthen it. That is actually the very core principle of progressive economic policy in a liberal democracy. So let's talk about it again in a couple of months.

Bernard didn't even pay his campaign staffers $15 per hour. Bezos did it even though he never promised America he'd raise the minimum wage to $15. When people see that this doesn't hurt business, he will have accomplished much more progress than Bernard. Bernard should follow Jeff Bezos' example by paying the people who work for him a living wage, even though it is not a legal obligation to do so.

bezos figured out it's hard to generate revenue without employees, is what happened..people stopped showing, then they have to get temps which are quite costly and an interruption in business because they don't know what they're doing- they're temps. this makes your customers mad and they go elsewhere.

of everything..cost, quality, speed and accuracy..accuracy is always number one to customers and sadly our millenials are laid back, into perfection- our thinkers; z gen our little multi-taskers? they can't do accuracy with their speed..so willing to please and yet so wrong ALL THE TIME..which they want you to go with and can't understand why you wish accuracy..isn't speed enough? 'ummmmmmmm, that's not what i ordered..could you please re-make?' this is where they look down make their eyes really big and start the rolling while they say 'ewwwwwwwwwwwwkay'..because now your bothering them with a completed task even though it's not what you wanted and/or paid for..customers have a choice..if you don't take care of them someone else will..when it's a sandwich shop with no customers inside at noon? maybe it's you and not the 'demanding' customer who made you make the $13 (with 2 pieces of meat) sandwich the correct way.

i'm still pissed at jimmy johns and will NEVER go to this shop again.
