Yep, the 3 channel boards are alomost $100AUD more expensive then 2 channel boards

thought this may be the case, thanks for letting me know! I think id like to stick with the 2 channel boards, In a 3000-3500k spectrum =))

what we are currently doing for a customer is a 15 board build and we are loading only a single line of deep red(or could drop in a combo of far red/deep red) so 12 leds in deep red. this drops the cost significantly both in terms of led cost and driver requirement

Ahh thanks dude, just noticed the price update =) knew the old price couldn't be correct haha was way too cheap, still decently priced, altho I cannot afford that atm

maybe I could buy 1 channel boards with some LM301B diodes and DIY it

i dont see why not & its gunna be way cheaper.

TIP: cutter sell wago's but buy solid core wire from bunnings cuz its alot easier to use then stranded wire.

the current build we are doing is with the Nichia V3 757 chip, 8% improvement over V2 and equivalent to LM301B

Yes i think ur right Metic,

4 X 3 channel boards $849 + shipping + tax = $1000 AUD approx & thats no frame/drivers yet

The plates that we mount the skins on are 2mm, we have tested these for thermals and they work perfectly

Lights awesome so far @welight . Just flipped her last night, i have 1 channel running at full 240w, and other channel running on minimum and slowly going to dial it up every few days. Very suprised at how good the penetration is at 18 inches and only running at about half power.
