Equipment options/needs?

Basement room size : 5.5" w x 10.5" l x 7" h

Basement room temp winter ranges : 35-50f 15%-20% 480h

Basement room temp summer ranges : 60-75f 35%-60% rh

I only have a need to produce 3-4 oz monthly for household meds, I'd like to also have a monthly/ bi-monthly harvest.

My preferred growing medium is top fed coco by hand watering. Id really like to produce top quality craft cannabis efficiently and economically. And advice will be considered and appreciated.

Any specific sizes of area/sq ft each space should be? I'm planning on running regular seeds and keeping a mom or two as well. Will I need any ancillary equipment like a humidifier or dehumidifier for my room ect.
