Keep her going. Looks like lots of white hairs still. What do your thrichs look like?
Tricomes look Milky, clear and little bit of amber, some of them even look purple.

If you can take some closer shots, maybe try for a bit more clarity, it'd be easier for folks to help you. I agree that you've still got time, but you're getting close.

If it were my plant, I'd plan on giving her another week and then seeing where she's at. Post a couple pics in 3-4 days, let's see where she goes.

That is terrible advice and not necessarily relevant to the question at hand. Better to decide to harvest by visual information, not by inadequately processing a sample and testing it.

well picking at ur bud for one is just bad and invites all kinds of dumb shit to mess ur grow up (mold, rot, bugs). Plus a shitty microwave cure is a waste of the end product even for testing purposes. There is already a fullproof way to know when ur buds are done and ready without ever stressing your plant out or picking at it like a damn seagull...
know what the fullproof way is? Its CHECKING THE TRICS!!! no bud wasted, no stress caused and no nasty fingers pokin and pickin and leavin grime to cause rot or some shit like TMV...
chill put and leave ur plants alone. check with a small hand loope or pocket microscope from ur local hardware store or amazon. not having one and trying to justify not having one with crap info is no excuse. spend the 5-20 bucks and stop guessing and messin up ur crop.

Are you checking the trichomes on the calyx or on the leaf? The ones on the leaf will mature much faster and isn't a true reading. I honestly say it's about 2 weeks away at least but I would check back in a week to make sure.
It's getting close tho.......
*up to 25% of your final weight and mass will happen the last 2 weeks of growth.
(So don't miss out on that by chopping early)

I think you should read up on curing buds and WHY it is so important to have a slow cure....
I'm guessing you are kinda new to growing.

I agree, a jeweler's loupe is essential. and no where have I said that it wasn't. It's my way of getting a introduction what the power of the buzz will be. As for bugs and mold, this is the final days of the grow so I don't believe that will be much of a problem. I usually chop with the trichs full on cloudy with amber just beginning to show. The main purpose of a quick dry to fill a pipe is that I want to determine if I should wait till more amber to show or not.

Your doing it wrong. At no point should you microwave anything with thc, fresh trees included. If your after a quick dry for some smoke or a quality test theres only a couple options.
1. Put your nugs in your vehicles exhaust pipe. Let the car idle for 27-33 min. Anything longer than 33 will give you that carbon monoxide aftertaste.
2. Magnifying glass, use like you would for solar tokes. A pencil head sized ray of concentrated sun power will almost instantly both dry and cure!! (The more your facing true north northwest the better the smoke)
No more microwaving for you my friend, welcome to the big time..
