Yeah, I would want to let them go free. Making that kind of law retroactive would not be either practically possible or just, in my opinion.

I disapprove of president Trump's actions to exploit our national monuments. I also disapprove of his tariffs, although if his goal really is 0 tariffs and 0 barriers, and we end up closer to that, I will change my tune.
