That does sound simple, i can try the same method, i have about 5 7gallon pots i could use to start growing seedlings. The back bathroom is definitely convenient and i have more lights (60 WATT CFL) i just don’t have anywhere to place them. That’s why i only had one in the beginning.I have a large Tote I grow them in as seedlings in the back bathroom. It has four 9 watt LED's screwed to the lid. The back bathroom is literally outside on the back porch so they get use to the outdoor temperature swings (night to day). When they a week to a week and a half old I start to harden them off outdoors. By this time they working on their third to fourth node. When they almost touching the lights they go out in the ground. Simple plan and it works.
In a situation like that what do you even do? Because for me, i’m looking at about just 3 days of thunderstorms. Nothing like a hurricane though.I'm possibly in the path for the hurricane that's in the gulf right now.
It should be bigger but after seeing what I've seen on this site it at least looks likeHow did you start them off? I would like some tips because for me it took them awhile to even pop out the soil in the first place, i’m guessing that has to do a lot with light as well. For a month old it really should be wayyy bigger imo.
Get yourself a better light. Spend $119 and get one of these https://www.amazon.com/VIVOSUN-Hydroponic-Watt-Light-Reflector/dp/B00P8PDBY4/ref=sr_1_13?s=lawn-garden&ie=UTF8&qid=1535998467&sr=1-13&keywords=vivosun+grow+light+kit It's cheap and works. That does sound simple, i can try the same method, i have about 5 7gallon pots i could use to start growing seedlings. Got you, i will definitely get more lights up if i have to. especially before i start growing more seedlings. I was thinking of improvising and maybe putting them indoors to harden them like you suggested, i was thinking of leaving them on my kitchen table where there’s a chandelier with about 6 cfl lights already screwed in. maybe that’s something i could use as of right now just to get them more light than what they used to have before leaving them outside for good. You will deffinately need to add more light. Figure 35 to 45 watts per square foot ( actual watts NOT equavillent watts).
Okay! see that definitely helps for growing in the future. At least now i know what i can do to grow bigger and stronger plants.Once you get them four to six inches, I would start to harden them off... weather permitting.
That’s a very small amount lol, wish it could’ve been a bit more:/Might get 6 to 9 grams from it.
Yeah that’s something i should’ve taken into consideration, with an auto they just go on their on schedule, and i lost track of it:/It should be bigger but after seeing what I've seen on this site it at least looks like

Or stick it outside in the sun. But with that being an auto it's going to start flowering and at it's current size it isn't going to amount to much regardless of what you do at this point.
yeah i was more looking forward to how much smoke i was gonna get off them. but i definitely would like to have a plant where i could get seeds off from. But i am too much of a beginner to get into feminized seeds. My plants outside are almost a foot tall and are three weeks old. I'm not concerned with how much smoke I will get off them but how many seeds. This is my seed crop for the year.
How many seeds do you get per plant? Because that’s something i would consider on doing in the future, so then i wouldn’t spend money on getting more seeds.I ordered Regular seeds from Seedsman. They new. I'm just growing them out as my fall crop to see if I can get them to produce a decent amount of seeds for next year.
You don't have to make feminized seeds. Get some regular seeds and pollinate a female with a male. Get a few different landraces both indica and sativa and make your own crosses. You'll never have to buy seeds again.yeah i was more looking forward to how much smoke i was gonna get off them. but i definitely would like to have a plant where i could get seeds off from. My last seed run of crosses. I did make seeds of the same strains without crossing as well so I would have seeds of the original strain. Ah okay, i see. i appreciate the help btw, would you mind keeping in touch via email? for future grows i would like to have some assistance. They only a few weeks old so far, haven't started flowering yet.
that seems like the best way to go about it. Is it very simple to do? I never really looked into it.You don't have to make feminized seeds. Get some regular seeds and pollinate a female with a male.
