How much light is too much ?

I am thinking of putting 1-1200w cob and 2- 600w cob lights in my 4 x 6 flower room . Is that too much ?

If the fixtures you have are 'blurple' style, I would plan on closer to 40-50 watts/sq ft because of the lower efficiency.

2 plants are all I am trying to grow with these lights. Does that make a difference ?
No not at all. Plant count has 0% to do with yield. Your 520w of led will do fine in a 4x4. 4x6 is a bit big for the lighting. Fyi if you train and fill your area 4x4 and 4x6 will yield the same if the amount of light is the same. For easy math we will use 1000w of light. 4x4 is 16 sq ft. You will produce 62.5w worth of flower per sq ft
4x6 is 20 sq ft. You will produce abought 50w of flower per sq ft.
To answer another question. Yes there is such a thing as to much light.

Thanks for all the good info. I really appreciate it. I just found out that the amount of heat these 3 lights produce is crazy in a 4x6. will have to run the a/c in there.
What about using T5 or T8 lamps in a 4x6 ? What would I need to do this so I could keep the heat down ? When I have the 3 lights on it gets to 95. Without them on it is 75. The 4x6 is pulling air from my main room which I keep at 74 for Veg.

I think you said its 3 different lights. Just run one of the lights or... Get a window ac unit for the flower area
