How's the plumming work? One pump underneath the table distributes all the nutes ? Open lines at the ends?

Four 200 litre drums each have a 750lph pond pump connected to a 13mm remote hose which splits into two 13mm feeder hoses for a total of eight stations. Each feeder hose connects to a 13mm ring around the edge of each pot (some stations have two pots, others have one pot) with 4mm barbs (drips) pointed at the base of each plant. The pots drain to 19mm waste hoses that run out of the room to a scheme drain.

The QB324s are mounted to HLG Slate 2 heat sinks - I bought a couple of combos for this project.

Time for an update. Here they are at 6 weeks of flowering. They appear to easily be doing as well as the 600w HPS, but only time will tell. Two weeks to harvest and then we get the numbers. It's been a bit cold overnight, so we're not expecting peak yields, but they're not doing too bad.

Running these boards at 200w each (x2) seems to be about right in terms of overall light, as the growth is what we'd expect from a 600w HPS, and there is only a touch of bleaching on one or two of the taller buds. The plants themselves could be better distributed for a better scrog effect, but the ultimate aim is to go to a one plant, one station/light set-up to reduce plant numbers and still get decent yields.

Yeah, that would be close. Probably a little under 18" for the LED and a little over 24" for the HPS if you measured from the bulb itself. We raised the LED a little to get better light coverage, as there are no heat issues and almost imperceptible bleaching of a couple of higher buds. The LED panels will probably hang a little lower once we start growing one plant per light. But like anything, it usually takes a few grows to dial everything in right.

I also need to mention there were a few white flies in the room and I think my mate sprayed them with something - against my advice - and so the pistils browned earlier than they should, which is why they look almost done at 6 weeks instead of 8.

I grow as organically as I can, so if I ever need to spray for mites, I use this: https://ecoorganicgarden.com.au/products/pest-disease/eco-oil/

There's no withholding period on Eco Oil, though I prefer not to use it close to harvest as it can affect bud development.

I find that temperature has the biggest effect on flowering times, so LEDs may have an effect as they run cooler than HIDs. In summer, plants tend to flower longer, and in winter, they tend to flower for shorter periods. That's what I'm noticing now that the weather is cooler.
