Can’t tell much under those blurple lights. If you post a clear pic you’ll get better feedback. Good luck with your 1st grow , you’ll learn as you go. :)

Than after 12 hours of light they go back to normal.

Sounds like nutrient lock out. Or you could possibly be over feeding.
So what would be my solution. I’m using Fox fArm ocean forest and didn’t feed them anything for the first 3 and a half weeks than started with only 1/3 dosage of grow. Now before I put them into flower I did do 1/2 dosage of grow and 1/4 dosage of bloom, and florolicious plus along with a micronutrient called xtreme juice

But they have put on 2 inches in height in 3 days. But those same bud site tips are messing with my head trying to figure out if it’s normal or not

You’re giving them an awful lot of stuff pretty early into flower. I only use kool bloom weeks 4 & 5 then 1 more feeding before the flush starts. I think you should flush out what you’ve put in and stick to a simple feeding schedule ( nothing extra for now) try and keep your temps under control ( notice a bit of heat stress as well) and the new leaves should grow in healthy.

Okay so do a flush when the soil is completely dry or before lights out on about an hour. I would say the pots aren’t completely dry but still a little moist at the moment. There’s still a chance I didn’t screw this up I hope haha

Don’t ever water before lights out because it gives mildew a chance to breed and can create other problems . You’ll have to wait until the pot dries out or you’ll overwater and create another issue.

Thank you for your help. So many people on here just wanna be arrogant and criticize thinking their master growers. than be a dick when I have no idea how to fix the issue. If I knew I wouldn’t be on here

I'm not a master grower, I learn by trial and error. You're welcome and don't let those immature pricks get to you. I'm a woman and still endured the hazing when I first started posting here but eventually they moved on. It's really some great people here among the fools. Weed them out ( no punt intended) and you'll be just fine lol.

I think the mistake I made was transplanting them back into Fox Farm Ocean Forest. Not thinking it’s a hot soil. Than adding nutes. I’m just confused as to why it shows up when I induce flowering

And I also need to completely forget about time and learn to read the plants better

Agreed. Just pay attention and forget about stuff like flowering time etc.... I pay attention and check trichs to see when it's time to chop. Made the mistake once of chopping based on weeks and ended up with hay, because I took her to soon. Plants communicate in their own way... if we just pay attention. :)

I've learned that less is more on feeding. Just feed once a week. I don't feed much in veg there are ways a few strains that are sensitive plus your using FF soil which had plenty of nutes for the first month of growinlg. And it looks a bit overwatered

Its normal during transition to flower or in high veg for new growth to come in yellow. Iron is slow to transport and your plant is kicking into high speed. It will sort its self out.

Nah no bugs. I’ve looked thoroughly multiple times. I think just nute lockout.

Your not the first person to tell me that either but more people are telling me lockout. So either way I’ll just flush and start it over. It pushing out shoots like crazy though. I mean it definitely hasn’t stopped growing.

Ya the nite lockout is from not letting enough run off when you water. You need to be flushing the old nutes out every time you water. I do 30% run off when watering with plain water. Then when I feed I do about 50%
