I added some a few hours ago to see if it will help, I was told Flora 3 part had enough cal mag in it so I didn’t use my cal mag incase I burned the plants but had it on standby,It look likes need some cal/mg .
Have you add some?
Rockwool cubes, I ph down after adding nutes to 5.6, in veg I used 4 parts grow, 2 parts micro, 1 part bloom at various ppm though veg it worked wellWhat is your growing medium. how are you pHing your water. what are you pHing your water to. how are you using GH3 part. how are you transitioning your nutrients from veg to flower?
I will make a fresh res then with 222, I have probably shocked my plants jumping straight to bloom amountsOn the gh bottle read where it says 'transition to flower', and use 2-2-2 for at least the first two weeks when you flip to 12/12, then change to a full flowering mix
-good luck!
* came back to add, where this is your first grow I'd recommend you adhear to the feeding directions on the GH Flora label.
I use GH too and I very seldom mix any custom nutrient Blend. I pretty much stay right by the label for uniform results every time.
Also I wouldn't go 5.6, best at 5.8. And you might want to add a milliliter or two of cal-mag per gallon
It looks like it doesn’t matter where the ph range 5.5 to 6.1 is because you would always be locking out something,You gotta get that ph up.. especially now that you flipped. You're getting your Mg and probably P locked out from looks of things. Those tips curling up etc.
Not correct set your ph to 5.8 let it drift up if you want but no higher than 6.2 is my advice. then drop it down to 5.8It looks like it doesn’t matter where the ph range 5.5 to 6.1 is because you would always be locking out something,
Is this correct?
Or set to 5.5 and let it drift to 6.1?
I’m a little confused
some are more important at different stages. I usually go a little lower in veg and then raise it up some in flower. But ya its good to mix it up every feeding or two. In veg I will do a couple 5.6-5.8 and then a 5.8-6. In bloom Im usually around 6 and then throw in a lower one every fewIt looks like it doesn’t matter where the ph range 5.5 to 6.1 is because you would always be locking out something,

So @blowincherrypie, your posting this got me thinking, because it shows soil has a unstable point at 6.5 pH above which you dont get Mn and Fe, and below which you don't get P/Ca/Mg. So I don't know if you get all or is it none of those 5 at pH6.5 in soil. ouch. and so I don't repeat myself I point you to what I added here, https://www.rollitup.org/t/iron-deficiency.948970/#post-14353877You gotta get that ph up.. especially now that you flipped. What nutrients do you use?I run hydro at 7.0, zero fucks given. Coco, DWC, soil, rockwool, doesn’t matter. I have all of those running on the same nutrient solution right now and my plants are solid lush green. The nutrients make a difference. The ones I use enable a full range of nutrient uptake up to a pH of 8.0.
Swing anywhere from 5.8 to 6.5 with most products and you’ll be in good shape. I agree with @blowincherrypie, your pH is too low.

Cool. Thanks. Didnt mean to hijack the thread, fluffy , I see your in hydro. It seems at least for pH soil's less of a problem except 6.5 might be a little no mans land for 5 nutrients, so maybe these nutes would help in soil toohttp://www.jrpeters.com/products_/16491/17592-jack-s-professional/16391-16-4-17-oasis-hydroponic.html
I use JR Peters Labs’ Oasis Hydro FeED 16-4-17 as a base. I add Calimagic, MKP and MgSO4 to it, I use tap water (runs between 150-180ppm) or half RO, variably. There’s an overview of it at the end of my signature thread.
I intentionally vary my pH within a certain range, typically from 6.0-7.2, they don’t need everything all the time, just regular access to everything. The plants will actually adjust the pH of soil to their liking, to a point. Given decent starting conditions the plants’ root system will alter the soil to gain access to the nutrients they are lacking.Cool. Thanks. I was just wondering how would I know my plants are recovering? Will the yellow leaves turn green again? Not correct set your ph to 5.8 let it drift up if you want but no higher than 6.2 is my advice. then drop it down to 5.8
You are probably too hot you could just add water till you get to the right ppm you want maybe 700 or so I guess for week one of flower.
Your plants look npk deficient and cal and mag. I wouldnt try to hit it with too much nitrogen since your in flower
Depends on how far gone they are and what is causing it but most of the time they will not recover.I was just wondering how would I know my plants are recovering? Will the yellow leaves turn green again?
Thanks
