How long does it take trimming for 1lb?

Prob cash or a mix of both
some is spoken for, but want to take care of it and not mess around. what machines do you have experiemce with?

small timer, only used a couple of hand powered trimmers, liked the one with the wire blades, one had flat blades and beat the shit out of everything

I have found the fan type trimmers are best used when the plants have been harvested during a cold morning and IMMEDIATELY ran across the fan trimmer. Other wise the leaves are limp and the machine won't work right.
I have found the fastest and most economical way is to trim as you go. Starting with trimming the plants back BEFORE the harvest. Then fan trimming after harvest Then hanging and drying out the rest of the unwanted leaves, saving you time by avoiding unmanageable trim.

the night before i plan to cut a plant, i'll trim all the easy to get to sun leaves off. when i cut it up, i'll go over it quick and trim anything easy to get to. the rest gets dry trimmed. does seem to save a lot of time doing it that way, without dousing all the buds in chlorophyll

My boss tells me that they expect us to do 900 grams a day! I did little over 600 today and I am cross eyed.

I would not expect a good job if it was trimmed that fast. An lb takes me 12 - 24 hours depending how leafy it is. Leafy shit doesn't get grown again.

1lb trimmed depending on strain(s), 2-4 hours. This is also done after fully dry and fan leafs removed when plant(s) cut down. Strains like glue are 2 hours or so and leafy ones are up to 4 hours or so. All hand trimmed with 4 pairs of fiskar's in rotation. Also no larf buds after a heavy lollipop.

So 2lbs per 8 hours? How much your boss pay the average trimmer (not newb but not top guy) or doesn't matter and all are expected 2lbs/day?

I just trimmed 4 outdoor plants. Did 1 a night for the last 4 nights. Took me 2-3 hours each. They had been hanging for 10 days. If you take the time to grow and care for the plant why whine about the work involved to trim it? Its part of the process and i guess unlike other people I enjoy it and get do my own quality control. Relax! Put on some tunes get high and harvest your plants. It's not that bad.
Last crop I just got a pound and it took around 16hrs straight to trim it all by my self.
In around 2 weeks I will be harvesting a plant that I'm expecting a pound to a pound and a half off of. I will be trimming that one probably around 16hr-24hr straight (other then to eat, take some rips, and go bathroom ) to get it all trimmed at once.
But thats just how I am with trimming I can't stop half way or anything like that once I start I won't stop till it's done.
I'm also really picky with trimming I try not to leave a single sugar leaf on the buds. But that's because I hate when I buy weed and it's half ass trimmed still with some leaves on it.
