So that the prob now. After day two my ppm with GHE has risen to 721 before feeding not the waste. So do I feed until they drop or would they? Does the coir filter out those a minerals like it acts as a ph buffer?

No.
You feed at 742, until your waste reads 742 as well.

If you feed at 1000000ppm, you make sure waste reads 1000000ppm too.

Same in, same out.

That nute table can be strong for some strains. Every GSC ive grown i always call them the runt of the tent. Always slow to start but when flower starts they shoot for the sky. Lower that LED down to 15-18 inches. Dont be scared cause that mars wont hurt her close. I run my blurple as close as 8 inches sometimes with no bleaching.
