This was my first experience with a "Mephisto Drop", and I set an alarm and got up at 5:45am (west coast US) so that I could grab some when the sale opened, before they sold out... End of the day, and none are sold out. I guess I could have slept in. In the big picture I'm glad that they are producing enough, I'd rather not be chasing beans.

A couple of months ago I was looking for a couple of their strains and I was always too late, but I didn't know that I was just at the wrong point in their cycle. I also learned that I need to wait until they have them and just buy directly from them, I have not found their US distributors to be reliable.

I got some now, so I'm set for a while. I am wondering why Alien v Triangle disappeared from their Originals page... that's on my short list. I hope that one comes back.

They appear to make new seed stock so no seeds are older than 2 years. Also they ship from US on their site Mephistogenetics.com they are based in Spain but have a US base. Way better ordering from them than a bank that carries them. I've got mad freebies every time.

This last order was directly from them, so I'm looking forward to the freebies. I paid in Euros (through PayPal), I suspect they are shipping from Spain but I could be wrong.

What did you buy? I usually buy in 3s so they give me 5 actual seeds of each strain and always am between €100-€150 so 7 seeds of a free strain.

Double Grape, Grapey Walter, and Forgotten Cookies. I should get 5 freebies. I'm buying these based on their potential, I need to stop buying more auto seeds until this crop is finished... all of this speculating is getting expensive. When they show the 'best of the best' examples of what each strain can do, I suspect they are all from indoor grows. My first indoor auto grow will be this winter.

The Forgotten Cookies is some SERIOUS potential. Walter White x Amnesia and Sour Stomper x GSC. That was just a brilliant combo. I got 7 free from 420.

I know what you mean. I generally try to stay away from F1's, but this is one of those cases where the 'parent' lines are so strong that just about any pheno they produce should be outstanding.

They called them "real grease monkeys" in the description. My first order, i read and mostly tried to find a balance of yeild and good effects/flavor and wish i would've got the Walter White. With all these good strains having him as a parent feel like i should grab a few and start from the beginning XD fot plenty for now but in Aug when 10 new Illuminatos drop im prob going to get WW for sure.

I germinated six Mephisto seeds (one each of six different strains) this run, only four popped. The two that did not pop were a Walter While and a Skylar White. I bought 3 of each so I'll try them again this winter. I got one from Peak Seed Bank and one from SeedsHereNow, and I think both were old and/or not well stored. Like I said, I won't buy except directly from Mephisto moving forward.

Before Mephisto i only ever ordered from Attitude. While i never had my seeds lost/confiscated or single seed that didn't germ, after going directly to Mephisto for their seeds I'll never go to a seed bank again if i can buy straight from the breeder site themselves.

Im pretty sure they said you'll still get free seeds depending on money spent. They ususlly give 2 kinds of freebies. Extra seeds of what you order and extra strain(s) depending on money spent.
