aero cloners are expensive to buy pre-made, but you can make one cheap. you get a small submersible pump, make a manifold out of half inch pvc, and screw spray heads into it.489485437-manifold_and_pump.jpg
then you get a 2 inch hole saw, and drills holes in your bucket lid, put two inch net pots and neoprene pucks in the holes,
and you're in business like the pros

I ordered a klone king I think it's called off Amazon for like 60 bucks or so.
they're a decent product. i've found the aero-cloners need to be cleaned very thoroughly, they like to grow shit. i clean mine with bleach then again with physan 20, and still add 29% h2o2 every other day.
the other thing about them is heat. the little pump warms the res up, (which is one reason ^ this happens) if you can buy a cyclic timer (one that you can set to run for X minutes then be off for x minutes, then repeat, indefinitely) set it to be on for 1 minute, off for four, the water stays much cooler, and i get better results, even though i think its just because the lower temps make it harder for anything to grow, and doesn't actually promote root growth in itself
