About ready to harvest?

Some trichomes On buds look 30% amber with cloudy and a few clear. Other buds have all clear/cloudy trichomes with a Amber one here or there. What y’all think? Tomorrow starts week 9 into flower.

I agree with doc. Look with a microscope. Harvest depends on how you like your high. Amber=couchlock, cloudy=energetic, clear=immature still. It all depends on personal preference.

Yeah I know sorry for not taking the pics in normal light.

I think I'm going to harvest them this friday, I just ordered a 40x jewelers loupe today so I'll have a better look at the trichomes this Wednesday.

I do have a 60-120x microscope but it's a pain to look through unless I take a part of the bud and place it on the table and put the microscope flat on the table and I have to hold it very still to focus in and out accurately.

Just take a part of the bud by the time your other microscope arrives it might be too late!

Well the thing is I looked at one of the main colas on one of the plants and the trichomes looked perfect for harvest. Mostly cheouldy and some amber.

But another cola on the same plant looked mainly all cloudy/clear, with almost no amber trichomes. And just from looks it didn't look done either, had a lot more white hairs and not many orange/brown hairs on it like the other colas!

You can harvest the plant in pieces.

Yeah well a problem just occured now, my A/C just went out in my house and I live in GA. Where it's easily 95-100+ everyday right now, and I'm not sure if it will be back on tomorrow.

This might be a reason to consider harvesting early now, if my tent is hitting 90+ degrees should I consider chopping them down if my A/C is not back up and running in the next 2-3 days?

Check your capacitor on the a/c condenser,if it's bulged that could be the problem.Turn off the power first then cross the connectors on the capacitor with a screwdriver,Match the new one to the number on the cap.
