Is this the product of Fungus Gnats? HELP!! Used to be healthy plant dying

Did your pot bubble or make a hissing sound like the H202 was working ?

By the way the tips crumble off is there a chance there could be xcessive salt build up? Organic soil usually has less salt and like u mentioned is difficult to burn roots or even leaf.

When using lots of micros and soluble ferts i usually like to saturate until runoff with only water every few weeks sometimes once a week when they are large mature plants. To push out stale nutes and left over salt from uptake

It didn’t hiss but I saw bubbles Mildly pop on the soil surface when i watered kinda like soda but not as severe...I have a layer of lava rock on the bottom of my pot..maybe the lava rock absorbed all of the nutes when I watered? I always water till runoff so idk if it would be a salt issue

I wouldn't of used peroxide. At best it did nothing and at worse you killed off your good bacteria.

The easiest way to deal with fungus gnats is to put a layer of sand, perlite or mulch on top of the soil. It breaks the breeding cycle.

It's not gnats and I doubt root rot.

Definitely not fungus gnats,ive had them and leaves dont just show tip burn or whatever you got. Best way to kill gnats and larvae is Merit 75,it will save your plants even if infested.

fungus gnats or fruit flies, they're just about the same. if you're just seeing a few now and then, i don't think it's a big problem. when you put out a yellow card and its got 20 on it the next day, then you got problems

Fungus gnats are annoying little fucks.
I had yellow cards full one grow.
But they do little damage if any.
Closer to none.

Your Recharge suggestion is a good one.
Even if he didn't H2O2 his soil.
But especially since he did.
I love it in peat or coco blends especially.

They’re small black gnats with clear wings..

That's them alright. Heard great things about using mosquito dunks to get rid of those tho I just used Diatomaceous Earth, DE, on top of the pots to get rid of mine. Also remove any bags of soil out of the grow space/house as that's where they like to hang out and you'll never get rid of them. Mine came out of a bag of 'special' organic soil I got at a hydro shop. Infested the sump hole next to the grow room so I had to build a filtered cover for that. Got mites now but that's from free plants from a buddy.

Stick a few yellow sticky traps in each pot and hang a few around the room to keep the numbers down and you really don't have to use drastic measures to control them.

From all the great advice you got so far might be best to chuck it all in the bin and re-start from seed.

I was considering and still am as this was the last of my old batch of seeds ..have a fresh pack of new ones that I can't wait to try. Does it look that bad? Would it be worth letting it flower out to finish? I'm still on the fence..I was also thinking about taking clones but if this problem is systemic than there's no point..the burned leaf tips really Fuck with my ocd lol

That would be the same as super soil. Any type of organic soil using dry amendments is super soil or living soil.
