I have not tried calling...usually if someone provides an email as a contact, that's the route I take. If they only take phone calls, that's lame.

Maybe give them some time to respond? Most people don't work weekends and then it might take a little bit to catch up. Not everybody is addicted to their digital profile

Talking about an arm and a leg... I looked into Alibaba. They were asking nearly $200 In shipping and fees. The light would have cost me $70 more in the states.

All I was saying is a build that will cost me $700 in the US with guarantee is better than "possibly" not getting what you're paying for from alibaba and it costing $630...with $200 of that being shipping. Maybe if I were buying bulk.

I'm in the US, but yeah just seeing if anyone had used growerslights...good and bad. From the looks of it, they are legit. Thanks for all the replies
