Right folks I've ordered some Calmag and A+B my seedlings are 2 weeks old, I'm going to put 1ml per litre of A+B mixed both then slowly up the dose is this a good idea, Ohh yeah I'm using jacks magic as my medium is it ok to do this? I will post pics off the results up when I start feeding etc

"Add CANNA COCO A to the nutrient reservoir Stir well, then add CANNA Coco B Again, stir well and let mixture stand for some hours"

so add the A first, make sure it's dissolved well, THEN add the B, and let it sit. i'd mix it the night before and water with it the next morning.

when it says do not mix directly, it means don't mix the a and b together then add water, only mix it into water, a first, then b

if you don't have one, you're going to need a ph pen, and a ppm or ec pen. you don't have to buy really expensive ones, but its a good idea to buy some fluid to check each, so you can keep them calibrated. they have ph 7.0 ph solution you use to check your ph meter, and they have packets of powder you add to a measured amount of water to test ec/ppm meters. i've used the same cheap ones for two years, just checking them monthly, they require small adjustments every second or third time, not big enough to hurt, but they would get that way if i didn't check them

Top stuff you've explained it perfectly there, I've only ordered the 1 litre bottle, I'll be putting 4ml Off A then shake then I'll just leave the B to sit, I'll be mixing it in a one litre bottle off water, One more question is it ok to feed seedlings it?

yes, but at reduced strength. the "soil" you're growing in is going to run out of nutes soon enough.
the two little single lobed leaves that pop out first are called cotyledon leaves, they're like the yolk of an egg, they contain concentrated nutrients for the plant to use to get itself established. in real soil, i would wait till they started to yellow before i started to feed, but in peat (and coco) i would start feeding maybe 1 ml per litre, by the end of the first week.
i'm not familiar with the canna feeding chart, if it says mix them from the start, do so, just use a lot less.

Top stuff , So 1ml of A and 1ml off B or 0.5ml and 0.5ml? Just with you saying 1ml per litre and I'll slowing up the doseage I've just looked at the chart, Cheers for been patient with me just buddy I just don't want to mess them up to soon.

i think you can go 1 and 1. feed them maybe 10ml each, right around the base of the plant. they're still small, that helps them grow more roots, but doesn't let them dry out too much. do that a couple of times, by then they ought to have enough roots established to take a good watering.

Thanks for your advice mate so far my little seedling are doing brilliant, I stayed away from all the soil with added nutrients in that release them over time but I have got some miracle grow pellets here, Now I know some people stay away from anything associated with Miracle grow with all the shite in it, But is it worth givin them a little bit of that in a few weeks to help them along a little, Cheers for your advice bud.
No would not do that..others may ...not I

I make teas.. fucking with organic teas is more fun.. more accurate

cheers
