We don't need reform of how the police do what they do as much as we need reform of WHAT they do in the first place.

The American People are not in whole or in any of its parts a population to be 'policed' in the actual, traditional sense. As currently constructed, 'civilian' police forces are designed to control the population, not protect it.

Their marketing logos, such as 'to protect and serve', obfuscate rather than illuminate their current purpose, with obvious consequences to their impact on communities.

that's not how it works in my county. To grow more than 6 plants in my county requires a growers permit per county ordinance. So it's a county code enforcement issue.
