sounds a lot like i was trying to explain about sources and sinks. info is invaluable, it lets you weed through the forum bullshut. i'm actually convinced certain people purposely spread this misinfo, not out of ignorance, but malice. why would anyone buy their top shelf, top priced bud, if you could get good info and grow it yourself? right? it's almost a way to protect their business model. i don't sell, or anyhting like that. my wife is dying and i wanna make her comfy and happy and healthy, and not be addicted to opiates like what happened to me. lost too many ppl to drugs, it makes me sick.

This all started because nutrient companies actually have you over feed. Then you have to flush to correct and they also sell flushing agents.
I usually grow organic. When I use bottles I start quarter strength and work up. I let the plant tell me what it needs not bottles.
If you feed correctly with good run off to prevent salt build up you can feed to the end and it won't be a problem.
Nutrient companies are also bad for pushing bloom nutes. It's to sell more product.
A balanced feed from start to finish is the best route. Keep a bloom booster around and if a strain needs it then use it.
It's why you see so many yellow plants in flower. Nitrogen is still needed in flower just not as much.

Sorry to hear about your wife bro, hope all is well. I can definitely relate with the opiates. Had me under a pretty bad spell for nearly a decade. And I definitely think I'm going to keep feeding, and just taper down. Maybe just give the last 2 waterings or so with fresh water. And see how that does it for me. I really do appreciate the feedback. Sorry if I came across a little sideways there towards the end.

It's why I grow. I'm a disabled vet and I don't want opiates. I also make medicine for other people in my family.
Some people grow nothing but pot and buy into the myths. If they actually grew other things like vegetables and flowers they would have better understanding of plants.
I feed my family with a large no till garden. Living soil. All organic and we can it.
I grow flowers and have 30-50 house plants. It makes me a better grower.
I suggest if cannabis is the only thing a person grows to grow some house plants and flowers. It will only help develope a better green thumb.

yup, them pk boosters and bloom nutes do little but set your nutrient profile out of whack so much that you NEED to add their other shit. like cal-mag. crazy. i say, try feeding a whole lot less than what you do, and see how far it can go with a weak feed. i was overfeeding and didn't know it. chasing a mag deficiency and it was due to over feeding. 1/2 strength of what i was using works better, and negated the need for epsom or calmag. amazing.

i revegged the exact same plant, and flowered it without cloning it, for over 6 years. can't be 100% sure, but it felt stronger each time vs the 1st few times. it died only cuz i let it. was going through a tough time, lost my best friend to drugs, and i didn't look at it for over a month. poor willy's wonder. i loved that plant.

It is an annual. It only yellows because of nature. Not so much nutrients. It's more the cold that inhibits nutrient uptake.

honestly, this is my goal each time. green and healthy. also, the harvest window is a lot wider than ppl believe. it's better for it to be healthy, especially if you want it to flower till it's ACTUALLY done. the last few time i harvested, they were healthy and green. never ever ever got a single complaint about taste. on the contrary, nothing but good reviews from the few who i actually share with. i wont sell it, no need. i'd just run out and need to buy someone else's uncured, freshly chopped, freshly flushed, bad tasting bud.,
