In my experience 3 to 4 nodes can handle some light. Remember she's still in recovery so I'd pay close attention to how she reacts to that intensity. Looking good though keep doing what you been.

When will it start showing gender aswell? It's been smelling pretty strongly already.

Are you planning to up size to a larger container ?

If so , do it then KEEP THAT LIGHT ON IT til she begins to accept her new space then move her to led. You can add one more CFL to give her some extra love .

Once she is a good ... Throw her under LED @18"-20" from top of canopy .
Or higher as too much light can stress her too.

The plant has been in that space for quite some time now, I think its been in there for about 2 weeks. I can take a shelf out of the container to move it down lower.

Up pot it ..... Give the thing a chance to grow OUT of that constricted cup .

You are spending all that power on a solo cup. Time for her to go to the grown up table.

Tip :

Shitcan the foil ...... Go to 99¢ store ... Buy white poster boards ( they are thicker than paper ) ... Tape to walls and you just made your grow USE more available light then what is being lost ( lack of bounce and matte finish cardboard ( absorption of light ) .

You can also buy another board and use as BOTTOM for even more light.

I'll move it to a 4 gallon tomorrow. How does that sound? But is it showing gender yet?

Should I put CFL's in there aswell? How does it look in there?

I was transplanting and I couldnt get it to come out so I cut the cup all the way down placed it in the soil and some of it ripped off and left some soil MOST of the roots (75%+) are still there. but some is left is in the cup... ;(
