Look great well done. Got some stretch a bit, try lowering the light next time, takes practice to find the sweet spot on a strain. I take it your counting from flip? Looks about two weeks in to me.

But, makes sense that you say two weeks. I transferred to 3 gallon pots the day I flipped it. Not recommended to do that, but my situation that's how it went. Transplanting and flipping might have paused the switch for them a few days.

Depends how you count. I never start the flowering count down from flip because plants are not actually flowering, can take 3-7 days , soon as I see bunching then I start. Some say this is the correct way to count flowering, some don't.

....

Not to argue with you with the counting but when you say the plants are not actually flowering...

that's where we part in understanding what's actually happening with the plant. The moment you lengthen the dark period, hormonal reaction/changes within the plant starts to take effect. Leaves will start to produce the hormone Florigen and will start sending this hormone to the various tips of the plants.

It is then a question (strain dependent) of how much florigen does the plant have accumulated dependent on how many times the plant has been subjected to long dark periods. Needless to say, without the dark periods your plant will not flower unless you have the auto strain type.

In essence, once the plant start producing florigen, your plant is in flower, you just don't see the actual flower yet.

Breeders count from the flip.
Its easier and universal if we all count from the flip.
Breeders are supposed to count from flip, in reality it's bullshit, once I I started counting from bunching I stRted to see more realistic flowering times in the times given on seed packs, definitely they lie, very rare Iv done a strain that finishes on time. I understand what your saying , but it's a pre flower stage, I do alot better ignoring it

I don't worry about breeder times, its done when its done,

I'm not in hydro or 1000w or sealed room or CO2. Tis done when its done. Doesn't mean I make up when to start counting from.

Outdoor growers count from first sign of flowering, inside is from the flip.

But its your own grow and if it makes you feel like the flowering process is faster then go for it.

I run de gavitas, 1000w ,stopped using co2 as it's pointless , didn't see any difference to yield, no difference to plant happiness,

Doesn't make me feel like it's faster lol, I grow in soilless, it's not like hydro, iv got enough nutes in the mix to not worry, I just noticed breeders times more realistic when I counted from the bunching. This argument has been going on for the ten years Iv been growing no doubt it'll go on for longer lol

Thanks for the replies..

Reading through them I think I'd agree with tiltswitch, in saying counting from when you notice a growth change. That cuts my, (not quite) 3 weeks back closer to what the guess was of two weeks. Just saying, that timeline seems to match up here.
